Terms and Conditions – Returns, Refunds and Shipping

1. Shipping

1.1 All orders are shipped via DHL Express with estimated delivery in 24/48 hours (from the moment the courier takes charge of the package).

1.2 You will receive a tracking code to follow the status of your shipment.

1.3 In the event of delays not attributable to the seller (strikes, weather events, courier blockages), we cannot be held responsible.

1.4 For international shipments, delivery times may exceed 48 hours; the estimated time will be indicated at checkout.

2. Right of withdrawal and returns (pursuant to the Consumer Code)

2.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from delivery, without the need for justification.

2.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication (email or dedicated form).

2.3 The goods must be returned within 30 days of notification of withdrawal, in the same condition in which they were received.

2.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

2.5 The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used when placing the order.

2.6 It is the customer's responsibility to safeguard the goods until the return is shipped and to ensure that they arrive intact.

2.7 The refund will be subject to a 10% withholding tax on the total order amount for payment processing fees.

3. Replacement Policy

3.1 You can request a replacement for a change of size or model.

3.2 Shipping of the new product is at our expense, while the return of the goods will be at the customer's expense.

3.3 Exchanges are not accepted for items purchased in outlets or on special sale.

3.4 For hygiene reasons, It is not possible to return socks that have been worn or tried on .

3.5 It is not possible to replace or return the purchased kit or box by dismantling it.

4. Return or replacement procedure

4.1 Contact customer service indicating the order number, item and reason for the return/exchange.

4.2 You will receive instructions on how to proceed (packaging, return label, shipping address).

4.3 Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with labels and accessories.

4.4 Once the goods have been checked, we will proceed with the refund or replacement within 7 working days.

5. Limitations

5.1 Returns of used, damaged or products without the original packaging are not accepted.

5.2 Customized or made-to-order products are not subject to return, except in the case of defects in conformity.

5.3 Disputes will be handled in accordance with current Italian legislation, with the competent court of Lecce.
